Individual tickets for Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre events, including concerts, & family shows, can be purchased in person, by telephone or online.

Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre Box Office
The Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre Center Box Office is located at the main entrance (facing east) on Wesbrook Mall. For event information please phone 604.682-8455.This number is for event information only and not for purchasing tickets. Only Cash Debit and Credit Cards are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.
Will Call Information & Policies
Will Call is located in the Box Office at the main entrance of Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre (2555 Wesbrook Mall). The Will Call windows open 60 minutes prior to the scheduled event and will generally remain open for 30 minutes after the scheduled start of the event. Will Call for concerts and other events will vary based on the specific performance. Once the box office has closed during an event, all unclaimed tickets are taken to security at the main entrance for the convenience of late arrivals.
Will Call tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the Will Call envelope or whose name was provided in the Ticketmaster transaction. No person will be given tickets designated for another person without prior authorization. Proper photo identification is required (valid driver's license or passport) in order to claim your tickets. Your order confirmation number and purchasing credit card may also be required, if applicable. A signature from the person authorized to pick up the tickets will be obtained at the time Will Call tickets are claimed. Signatures will remain with TicketMaster file for future reference. Name changes will not be accepted via the telephone and information regarding Will Call tickets will not be given out over the phone. For more information please contact TicketMaster at 604-682-8455.

Consumer Warning – Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, patrons should be careful when purchasing tickets and should make sure the seller is Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre’s licensed contractor, (Ticketmaster) otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission.
Who needs a ticket?
For most Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre events, all children two (2) years of age and older require a ticket for admittance. Children under the age of 2 will be allowed entry, however, they are required to sit on the lap of a ticket holder. Family shows, including Disney ice and stage shows, require a ticket for all children age one (1) and older. Please see specific event details for more information on ticket age requirements.
